Bijna onderweg naar huis. Vliegtuig heeft 10 (tien) uur vertraging, dus dat is een extra dag aan het strand. Ik kom bruin, dik, uitgeslapen en volgelezen terug. En overmorgen weer op mijn post.
Mijn mobieltje is leeg en wil hier niet opladen. Dus wie dacht me te bellen, niks aan te doen.

Vandaag voor het eerst bij een demonstratie op het Buitenhof geweest. Was veel te zien en nog meer te horen,maar er was heel wat kritiek op Maxime Verhagen en terecht. Persoonlijk stak het mij dat ik zo dikwijls mijn naam hoorde. Maar ik wist dat men niet mij moest hebben! Dit was na Groningen de tweede en ik heb het over alle provincie hoofdsteden gehad,nu nog tien en dan toch via via naar Maasticht! groeten. J.F. Verhagen

Dear friends, it is incredibly nice of you to send me your wishes for my holiday, especially because we all know very well that there is no holiday for you. I realize completely and painfully what a privilege it is to live in the west, to have everything I need and want – to travel freely, to buy the books I want, to eat what i wish. The difference between how you are forced to live and my life I do not forget for one moment. It is your friendship and your incredible kindness that keeps me going. So now that I’m rested I will prepare again to come to Gaza, and together we will continue the struggle so that one day, Insha’Allah, you will have all the freedom that you deserve!

Welkom thuis Anja en bedankt voor de tips!
